Intellectual property

Website text, layout, and downloadable materials provided by Apps Automation remain our property unless an engagement letter assigns specific workpapers to you. You may not copy site content for commercial reuse without written consent.

Client materials

Documents you supply for an audit remain yours. We use them solely to perform the engagement and retain copies as described in our Privacy Policy and engagement letter.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Apps Automation is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. For professional engagements, liability is limited as set out in the engagement letter and shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
