Fees and estimate factors
Starting ranges for subscription billing audits, plus the factors that move a fixed fee up or down.
Full subscription billing audit
From HK$48,000
Fixed fee once we know active subscriber count and review period. Mid-size books (roughly 500–2,000 active subscriptions, 12-month period) commonly land between HK$48,000 and HK$95,000.
Recurring invoice reconciliation
From HK$28,000
Priced by monthly invoice volume and how many billing sources must be joined. Clean single-source exports finish at the lower end.
Contract-to-charge verification
From HK$22,000
Driven by the size of the contract pack and the number of distinct plan or discount schedules in force.
Pre-diligence billing review
Quote-based
Scoped to your diligence timetable, data-room needs, and whether adviser briefings are required. We confirm a fixed fee before fieldwork starts.
What changes the fee
- Subscriber count and period length — More lines and longer windows mean more testing time.
- Export quality — Fragmented CSVs, missing subscriber IDs, or paper-only invoices add days.
- Amendment volume — Heavy mid-period discounting increases mapping effort.
- On-site needs — Walkthroughs outside Hong Kong Island / Kowloon / New Territories travel bands are quoted separately.
- Rush timing — Compressed diligence windows may require a priority schedule surcharge, disclosed before you accept.
How payment works
We invoice 50% to begin and 50% on delivery of the discrepancy register or findings memo. Fees are informational on this page; no payment is taken online. For a number tied to your books, send a short brief.
