Engagement
How an engagement runs
From intake exports to the discrepancy register — the stages every Apps Automation billing review follows.
Every review follows the same spine so your team always knows what happens next. The depth of testing changes with the engagement type; the stages do not.
Intake and scoping
You send a subscriber export, invoice extract, and a pack of commercial documents. We confirm the review period, materiality threshold, and whether we will sample or cover the full population. You receive a fixed-fee proposal before fieldwork begins.
Charge mapping
We map plan names, discounts, and amendment clauses to the amounts we expect to see on invoices. Conflicts between documents are logged early so you can resolve them before testing deepens.
Testing and clarification
Exceptions are investigated against source files. We send clarification batches twice weekly rather than one giant list at the end, so billing staff can answer while context is fresh.
Delivery and walkthrough
You receive the discrepancy register or findings memo, plus a scheduled walkthrough — remote or at Kowloon Commerce Centre — to agree who owns each remediation item.
What we need from you
- A named contact who can answer within two business days
- Exports with subscriber IDs that match the invoice file
- The latest order forms and amendments for plans in the review period
Natural next step
Browse audit types or request a scoped review if you already know the period you want examined.
